pCMV-Tag vectors let you functionally analyze proteins of interest with epitope-tagging technology. Vectors with FLAG and c-myc tags Small, highly immunoreactive tags High signal strength in all of your protein characterization studies: western blotting, in situ staining, and immunoprecipitation experiments Epitope-tagging technology provides you a powerful means to functionally analyze your protein of interest without the need for an antibody specific to each new protein under study. The pCMV-Tag vectors have a single copy of the available epitope tags, while the pCMV-3Tag vectors have three copies of the epitope tag (in a variety of configurations) to prove a stronger signal in immunological assays. The small size of these tags ensures that they will have minimal, if any, interference with functional analysis studies. This product is only available to U.S. Domestic Customers.
