Combining a mutant Fast-Start Taq polymerase, optimized MgCl₂ and dNTPs concentrations, and EvaGreen, release-on-demand dye for fast results for the most difficult genotypes. Reduce experiment preparation time while low surfactant levels minimize bubble issues during pipetting. Proprietary, mutant Fast-Start Taq polymerase requires only three minutes for activation. Can be used with the AriaMx Real-Time PCR system or any HRM-capable thermal cycler. This product is only available to U.S. Domestic Customers.
