The complete system includes pCAL expression vectors containing a calmodulin-binding peptide tag and calmodulin affinity resin (available separately). The Affinity protein expression vectors allow fusion of the CBP affinity tag to the N- or C-terminus of the protein-coding sequence of interest.  This product is only available to U.S. Domestic Customers.
