Wide opening glass/plastic vials have a glass flanged insert molded to the inside, so sample only comes in contact with high quality glass insert and septum. Polypropylene is chemically resistant and the material of choice for pH sensitive samples, sodium or heavy metal analyses. Polypropylene vials are translucent .
