For exhaustive distillation of pesticides and industrial chemicals from water, sediments and tissue, and the simultaneous extraction of the distillate by a small volume of organic solvent. The addition of a bulb condenser in place of the straight tube condenser results in more efficient condensing and reduces blowout. The first bulb above the chimney is larger to avoid choking. Dimensions of condenser are 60x500mm with 24/40 joints and a solvent capacity of 15mL. Stopcock is 2mm bore 1:5 PTFE. Consists of condenser, 2L flask and heating mantle.
