Vapor generation provides the best performance for analysis of hydride forming elements such as As, Se, and Hg for ICP-OES. VGA 77 supplies such as tubing, gas-liquid seperators, absorption cells, reagents, and maintenance supplies provide the key consumables need to receive optimal performance from your VGA 77. The hydride module for the VGA-77 incorporates the plumbing manifold and the gas-liquid separator, and is interchangeable. A separate hydride module should be used exclusively for Hg determinations to reduce cross contamination. The gas/liquid separator facilitates the release of gas from the liquid mix, while inhibiting the formation of large bubbles.
