Agilent affinity-based depletion tools offer effective clean up of complicated biological matrices. Eliminates approximately 88–92% of total protein (albumin, IgG, IgA, transferrin, haptoglobin, antitrypsin, and fibrinogen) when used with the Multiple Affinity Removal System. Three column dimensions include 4.6 x 50 mm, 4.6 x 100 mm, 10 x 100 mm – custom sizes also available. Serum injection volume ranges between 30–70 µL per run for the 4.6 mm id, and 250–300 µL for the 10 mm id column. Optimize sample recovery by utilizing our rapid, single-injection protocols and optimized buffers. Designed for over 200 injections.;Process the most plasma/serum over the column lifetime, up to 14,000 µL for the 4.6 mm id columns and 60,000 µL for the 10 mm id column. The Multiple Affinity Removal LC Column – Human 7 is designed to chromatographically remove seven interfering high-abundance proteins from human plasma samples. Removal of these abundant proteins improves subsequent LC/MS and electrophoretic analysis of serum samples by effectively expanding the dynamic range of the analysis.
