Simple absorption chromatography column for rapid preparative separations with moderate resolution. Allows separations of samples from 0.01 to 10.0g in 10-15 minutes. Column and reservoir, only, are Epoxy Coated. Reservoir connects between column and flow control adap-ter. Joints on column, reservoir and adapter are 35/20, 50/30 or 75/50. Columns available with or without Por. B (70-100m) sealed-in fritted disc. Joint clamp also available. Complete item consists of column, reservoir, flow control adapter and clamp.
