Agilent TOP-DNA removes interfering salts, incomplete synthesis products, and other impurities from synthetic DNA oligonucleotides in a few simple steps. TOP-DNA purifies oligonucleotides of up to 150-mer in length and from 200 nmol to 1 µmol. It can also be used for sample preparation before HPLC purification.
