These standards come pre-labeled with InstantPC, ready to reconstitute and inject. Better detection of low abundance N-glycans in your LC/FLD or LC/MS method translate to higher method sensitivity. AdvanceBio InstantPC CHO mAb N-glycan library plus CHO mAb glycoprotein (formerly ProZyme). Library consists of complex biantennary and high mannose N-glycans present in many CHO derived monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). The reducing termini are derivatized with the fluorescent dye, InstantPC. GKPC-020-P also includes 0.25 mg of the CHO mAb glycoprotein from which this library was derived.
