Agilent APTS (formerly ProZyme) labeled glycan standards are commonly used for qualitative N-glycan identification or as migration standards for capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence (CE/LIF). CE offers a powerful technique for glycan analysis. Pre-labeled standards ensure that qualitative identification of N-glycans can be perfomed quickly and accurately. AdvanceBio APTS Maltodextrin ladder (formerly ProZyme). A mixture of a(1, 4)-linked glucose oligosaccharides with a variable number of monomeric glucose units (1-15 or more). The reducing termini are derivatized with 9-aminopyrene-1, 3, 6-trisulfonic acid (APTS). May be used as a ladder standard for N-glycan separations by CE-LIF, and can aid in the calculation of glucose unit (GU) values. This product is only available to U.S. Domestic Customers.
