Description
Agilent 2-AB (formerly ProZyme) labeled N-glycan standards and libraries are commonly used as qualitative standards for LC/FLD and LC/MS. 2-AB standards come pre-labeled with 2-AB, ready to reconstitute and inject. The sialic acid linkage of the sialylated glycans within the 2-AB library are a(2, 6) rather than the a(2, 3) linkage seen in e.g. CHO glycoproteins. AdvanceBio 2-AB G2FGa2 / FA2G2Ga(3)2 N-glycan standard (formerly ProZyme). N-glycan [asialo-, di-galactosylated galactose biantennary, core-substituted with fucose and with 2 a(1, 3) galactose] labeled with 2-aminobenzamide (2-AB), for use as a qualitative standard in applications such as liquid chromatography (LC). Alternative glycan names: G2F with 2 alpha gal, F(6)A2G2Ga2, NA2Ga2F. Application: For used as Qualitative Standards, for LC/FLD or LC/MS This product is only available to U.S. Domestic Customers.
