Agilent 2-AA (formerly ProZyme) labeled N-glycan standards and libraries are commonly used as qualitative standards for LC/FLD and LC/MS. These standards come pre-labeled with 2-AA, ready to reconstitute and inject. AdvanceBio 2-AA Glucose homopolymer standard (formerly ProZyme). A mixture of a(1-6)-linked glucose oligosaccharides with variable number of monomeric glucose units (1-23 or more). The reducing termini are derivatized with the fluorescent dye, 2-AA. May be used as a ladder standard for HILIC separations of 2-AA labeled N-glycans, and can aid in the calculation of glucose unit (GU) values.
