Innovative in-solution workflows combined with plate-based rapid cleanup enables sample prep in as little as 1 hour. AdvanceBio Gly-X Increases analytical sensitivity with a variety of dye options, while increasing sample throughput. AdvanceBio Gly-X deglycosylation and InstantPC labeling module set, 24-ct (formerly ProZyme). Utilizes a novel in-solution enzymatic protein deglycosylation followed by rapid labeling of released N-glycans with InstantPC dye. With deglycosylation and labeling carried out in solution phase, the method is simple, rapid, and suitable for automation. The InstantPC dye delivers unmatched fluorescent brightness and MS signal, which enables a single labeling method to be deployed across different glycan analysis workflows.
