Description
Agilent Endoglycosidases (formerly ProZyme) release oligosaccharides from glycoproteins and some other substrates. These enzymes are useful for deglycosylating glycoproteins prior to analysis, or for releasing N-glycans for labeling and analysis. Useful in N-glycan analysis, Agilent offers PNGase F, an asparagine amidase that releases intact N-glycans. PNGase F cleaves between the innermost GlcNac of the N-glycan and the asparagine (Asn) residue of the peptide to which the N-glycan is linked. AdvanceBio PNGase A (almond), 10 mU (formerly Prozyme). Enzyme cleaves N-linked glycans from glycopeptides, including glycans with a(1,3)-linked core fucose as seen in insects and plants. Includes reaction buffer: 50 mM citrate-phosphate buffer, pH 5.0, 0.02% sodium azide. This product is only available to U.S. Domestic Customers. For research use only, not to be used in diagnostic procedures.
