These standards come pre-labeled with InstantPC, ready to reconstitute and inject. Better detection of low abundance N-glycans in your LC/FLD or LC/MS method translate to higher method sensitivity. AdvanceBio InstantPC CHO mAb N-glycan library (formerly ProZyme). Library consists of neutral fucosylated complex biantennary and high mannose N-glycans present in many CHO derived monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). The reducing termini are derivatized with the fluorescent dye, InstantPC. The source protein is also available separately (p/n GKP-020, 0.25 mg), or together with this GKPC-020 InstantPC labeled N-glycan standard library as p/n GKPC-020-P.
