Agilent affinity-based depletion tools offer effective clean up of complicated biological matrices. Eliminates approximately 80% of total protein (albumin, IgG, and transferrin) when used with the Multiple Affinity Removal System. Serum load volume ranges between 25-30 µL per run. Total load volume is 200 µL (serum plus buffer). Minimize sample loss by utilizing our rapid, single injection protocols and optimized buffers. Can last for over 200 injections. Process the most plasma/serum over the column lifetime, up to 7,800 µL. Optimized for use with mouse serum (not recommended for use with human serum). Compatible with standard benchtop microcentrifuges and luer-lok syringes. The Multiple Affinity Removal LC Column – Mouse 3 is designed to provide simple removal of three interfering high-abundance proteins from mouse plasma samples. Removal of these abundant proteins improves subsequent LC/MS and electrophoretic analysis of samples by effectively expanding the dynamic range of the analysis.
