Our cDNA Synthesis kits are designed for the highest efficiency conversion of RNA to high quality cDNA. Our kit uses a fast, easy-to-use 15-minute cDNA synthesis step that allows you to generate cDNA up to 12 kb in less than 25 minutes. Achieve a robust cDNA yield with even GC-rich sequences. Increased activity at all temperatures in a broad operating range, from 37°C to 55°C.;Ensures high affinity to primer-template complexes. Provides ideal sensitivity in detecting low input RNA. The system is able to synthesize cDNA up to 20 kb. Enhances efficiency with a multi-temperature capability – there is no need to change reverse transcriptase when changing RT reaction temperature. The Agilent AffinityScript Multiple Temperature Reverse Transcriptase (RT) system is optimized to produce high cDNA yields over the broadest temperature range. During analysis the multi-temp RT device also ensures high affinity to primer-template complexes. cDNA can be synthesized in amounts up to 20 kb. The system’s multi-temperature capability allows you to change RT reaction temperature without having to change the reverse transcriptase, for a faster and more efficient analysis. In addition, when amplifying low RNA input amounts and resolving RNA secondary structures it delivers high cDNA yields, and can operate effectively at temperatures up to 55°C.
