The exterior locking ring ensures quick assembly without tearing the membrane filter or releasing lines. PFA47 has an air/bleed vent. Body and support screens are of PFA. Locking ring on PFA47 is ETFE glass fiber filled PFA. Both units come standard with FFKM o-rings. Connections: PFA25 has Luer-lock inlet and Luer slip outlet connections that fit standard syringes. PFA47 has combination 1/4" NPTM, 1/4" tubing adapter inlet/outlet. Replacement parts and optional o-ring materials are available. Autoclavable. Applications include sterilizing and ultracleaning liquids under positive pressure.
